[ ABOUT ME ]
Numbers tell you what happened. Stories tell you why it matters, and that's the work I do: I collect, analyze, and translate data into narratives that shape executive decisions and inform community understanding. I specialize in integrative marketing that spans the full funnel, grounded in accessible impact storytelling and communications. None of that works without the right team behind it: I lead by staying attuned to people, investing in their growth as part of the job, and showing up reliable, visible, and consistent. Whether I'm building a campaign, a team, or a report, the goal stays the same: creating meaning, opportunity, and value, while listening first and being the transparent, trusted bridge between my team, the organization, and the communities we serve.

[ CAREER JOURNEY ]
My most recent work has centered on mission-driven organizations — where accessible communication isn't a nice-to-have, it's the whole point.
Manager, Multiplatform Marketing
Brand storytelling & membership campaigns for a major PBS station.
Director of Digital Engagement
Audience growth & social strategy for mid-Michigan's public media station.
Marketing & Communications Manager
International communications for test takers, test centers, and recognizing institutions.
Communications Manager, Community Engagement
Impact storytelling for clinical & health research.
[ CORE STRENGTHS ]
01
Before I write a word, I look at what people actually watch, click, and finish. Good instincts get you a guess. Good data gets you the truth.
02
My job is to find the story hiding in the engagement data and tell it in a way people feel, not just read.
03
Executives want the ROI. Creatives want the story. I make sure both get what they need from the same campaign.
04
I don't guess at what worked. I built the reporting systems that prove it, so every campaign gets sharper than the last.
05
I don't just hit a number once. I build the infrastructure, the governance, the shared definitions, so every team's next campaign starts smarter than the last one.
[ LEADERSHIP & IMPACT ]
Beyond the campaigns: the teams I've led, the budgets I've owned, and the numbers that moved.

Building the infrastructure to track what matters — KPI frameworks, analytics stacks, and data governance — then turning it into narratives leadership and funders can act on.
Audience research, personas, and journey maps that shape campaigns, SEO/GEO/AIO strategy, and the specialized-community research behind them.
Executive communications, e-newsletters, and copywriting built for clarity, trust, and action — from CEO talking points to grant materials.
Building and mentoring teams, owning budgets, and clearing the workflow barriers between good people and good work.
Social graphics, video strategy, and an independently produced podcast — mostly self-taught, always evolving with the platforms.
A career that started in a research lab and grew into bylines, cover stories, and style guides — precise, audience-aware writing throughout.
National conferences, community retreats, and boots-on-the-ground events — I’m at my best when strategy turns into a room full of people.
